Venue: (Included in the venue hire)

• 20 round tables (10 seater)
• 240 Plastic chairs (chair covers not included)
• All cutlery, crockery and 3 glasses (champagne, red wine, white wine)
• Coordinating on the day of the function
• We do not supply any linen
• The main function hall is fully air-conditioned
• We have a large 80 Kva generator in case of power failure
• The venue facilities are exclusively yours for the whole day
• Facilities are available till 1am, thereafter an additional fee will be charged and are only available till 2am
• A deposit is needed for booking confirmation

Bridal suite:

Three packages available:

Package A: Use of the room from 11:00 / 11:30am on the day of the wedding, light lunch for the bride and bridesmaids, overnight stay, breakfast for two and a bottle of champagne.

Package B: Use of the room from 11:00 / 11:30am on the day of the wedding, light lunch for the bride and bridesmaids.

Package C: Use of the room from 11:00 / 11:30am on the day of the wedding to get dressed.

• Check in time will depend on if there is a wedding the previous day to be confirmed by Wilna.
• No furniture or artefacts in the room to be moved without asking Liesel/Wilna.

Guesthouse:

We have three luxury en-suite rooms with all modern amenities which includes, Satellite TV, air- conditioning, under floor heating, Egyptian cotton linen and a small kitchenette

Check in: from 13h00 till 17h00 please arrange for late arrival
Check out: before 10:30 am

Breakfast:

Breakfast served strictly at 09:00
Please arrange with Wilna in advance if earlier breakfast is required

No breakfast served after 10:00

Booking Confirmation:

Bookings are confirmed telephonically upon receipt of a completed booking form. Form must be signed and faxed or emailed to Wilna along with confirmation of payment.

Bar service charge
1. 120-150 guests
2. 150 and more guests

• This service charge includes facilities, barman, bar glasses, ice, jugs and coordination of the bar and the pre-drinks
• Cash bar, tab optional
• Cocktails on request @ additional charge
• You are allowed to bring in your own wines and champagne without corkage charged but the Nooitgedacht Sauvignon Blanc is compulsory
• Please note that all other beverages to be supplied by Nooitgedacht Bar no exceptions.

Please note

• No refund of your venue hire will be made if a cancellation occurs within 3 months before function
• Confirmation of the total number of guests must be done five days before the function unless otherwise organized with us
• Furniture in the function hall not to be moved without confirming with Liesel
• Any damage to property or breakages will be charged to the client
• No nails or prestik may be used on the walls
• No nails in trees
• No fresh rose petals are allowed in the hall thus dried petals only
• No feathers or confetti allowed
• Nooitgedacht has a generator in case of power failures
• The hall is fully air-conditioned
• No microphone system available

Brides and function coordinators will be held responsible to convey the above information to decorators, DJ’s and all other relevant parties if these rules are not adhered to right of admission reserved by Nooitgedacht
